The newest Gundalian Invaders Bakugan also come with a series called BakuMorph Bakugan. These are oversized Bakugan just like the original Deka Bakugan, however they have far more detail and are exactly the same as the smaller Bakugans. One of the complaints about the original Deka Bakugan was their lack of detail. They looked like big blank pieces of plastic. The new BakuMorph Bakugan are Deka sized, and super detailed. They can be played as normal, and come in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Another awesome new special attack Bakugan to be released are the jumping boost Special Attack Bakugan. These Bakugan have the ability to literally jump as you launch them, though from reading reviews and watching videos, making them actually jump is pretty hard. However, they battle strategies that you can use with these jumping Bakugan are very cool because now, with a little practice, you can land on any card you want anywhere on the field. If you never could master the spin shot, now you've got a whole new shot to master: the Bakugan jump shot!
